If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. It is the your responsibility to pay any additional charges and to clear the package from customs.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with any items purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.

Please note, we do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns.

 

Exchange
All exchange shipping fee will be full charge. 
We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.

Once your return is received, inspected and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
